About this service
The Coolest Person sells a temporary name display on this website. The title is a novelty for entertainment, not an award, endorsement, or real-world ranking. There are no prizes, bids, random winners, or payouts to users.
Purchases and display duration
Prices are in USD. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Your name takes the spot after payment is verified. Without protection, there is no guaranteed minimum display time. Otherwise, purchased protection lasts from fulfillment for the duration shown at checkout. After protection expires, your name remains until the next successful paid claim.
Prices and protection
The initial base price is $1.00, increasing by $0.01 after each successful claim. Optional protection costs 25% of the base price for 1 hour, 50% for 8 hours, or 100% for 24 hours. The surcharge is rounded to the nearest cent and added to the base price. Review the total and duration before paying. An unpaid checkout may expire without acquiring the spot.
Refunds
All sales are final once your name is displayed. Being replaced by another buyer does not qualify for a refund. Without purchased protection, there is no minimum display time. Exceptions apply to duplicate charges, failure to deliver the purchased service, and refunds required by law.
Permitted names and use
Use a name or nickname you are entitled to display. Do not submit links, hateful or abusive content, impersonation, or malicious content, or attempt to bypass payment, moderation, or protection controls. We may reject or remove names that violate these rules. Removal does not limit any refund rights required by law. Your chosen name and optional country are public while displayed; by submitting them, you permit us to display them for this service.
Service problems and your rights
If a payment is duplicated or the purchased display or protection is not delivered, contact support with your checkout reference, approximate purchase time, and chosen name. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including refunds where applicable. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or lawful payment disputes.

Contact support@momentumapps.org for purchase questions or complaints. Updated terms apply to future purchases; the version accepted with your purchase remains recorded. You must be legally able to make this purchase and authorized to use the payment method.
